The P.E.R.S. Association – Economic Promotion Romania–Serbia – was born out of a genuine desire to build a strong bridge between the business sectors, institutions, and communities of the two neighboring states. In a European context where cooperation, innovation, and cross-border investments are becoming increasingly important, our mission is to transform economic dialogue into concrete and lasting results.

P.E.R.S. is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization that operates in accordance with Romanian legislation and the principles of transparency, professionalism, and international cooperation. Through our actions, we represent the interests of our members and of the Romanian business community in its relations with national and international authorities, while promoting market economy values, integrity, and sustainable development.

The main objective of the P.E.R.S. Association is to stimulate bilateral investments, support commercial initiatives, and develop projects in areas such as research, technology, tourism, healthcare, telecommunications, and consumer protection. At the same time, we promote the concept of economic diplomacy — a modern form of cooperation that combines diplomacy with the dynamism of the business environment.
