The team of specialists of the P.E.R.S. Association supports entrepreneurs and investors from Romania and Serbia, offering free consulting (2 hours) in key areas essential for launching and developing cross-border businesses.
Consulting Services Provided
– Information regarding starting a business in Romania or Serbia;
– Guidance on company registration procedures and required documentation;
– Support in obtaining permits and authorizations for specific activities;
– Assistance regarding residence rights, work permits, and legal stay for foreign entrepreneurs or investors;
– Recommendations concerning bilateral partnerships, taxation, the legislative environment, and investment opportunities in both countries.
